Hi, I’m Jonas — ‘Snow’.

I’m a medical doctor and a certified Wim Hof Method Instructor from Lithuania.
My nickname is ‘Snow’ — not just because I love winter, but because I’ve learned to feel at home in the cold.

The cold, to me, is not a test. It’s a teacher.
It brings you back to the present — to the body, to the breath, and to what’s real.
That’s where transformation begins: when you stop running, start breathing, and finally listen.

Through my work, I guide people to reconnect with their natural strength — the one hidden beneath layers of tension, stress, and noise.
This isn’t about proving how strong you are.
It’s about remembering that you already are.

My Approach

As a Wim Hof Method Instructor and medical doctor, I blend science with experience.

Each retreat or workshop follows the three pillars of the Wim Hof Method — breathwork, cold exposure, and mindset — guiding people to peace, focus, and strength within.
