What You Can Expect

Jonas “Snow” Gvazdaitis

Jonas is the founder of Alpine Goats, a medical doctor and lifelong outdoor enthusiast. His medical background includes Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgery, emergency care, expedition and wilderness medicine, and mountain rescue.

As a certified Wim Hof Method instructor, he is fascinated by how breathing, cold and controlled discomfort can influence the way we respond to challenge — both physically and mentally.

Alpine Goats grew from Jonas’ desire to bring these worlds together: adventure, medicine, nature and people. His approach is simple — prepare well, respect the environment, embrace the challenge and leave enough space for the unexpected.

For Jonas, a great journey isn’t only about where you go. It’s about what happens along the way — the people you meet, the limits you question, the moments you didn’t plan and the stories you bring home.

Darren Adam

Darren is a military veteran, experienced breathwork instructor and mental health advocate based in Scotland. His work is deeply shaped by his own experience of living with and overcoming PTSD — a journey he shares openly in his book, From PTSD to Peace. What began as a personal search for ways to heal eventually became a passion for helping others better understand how they respond to stress, discomfort and challenge.

Today, Darren combines breathwork, cold exposure and time in nature in a practical, grounded way. His approach comes as much from lived experience as it does from training. Within Alpine Goats, Darren brings calm, honesty and an ability to connect with people wherever they are in their own journey. He believes some of the most powerful experiences happen when we step outside what feels familiar — especially when we do it together.

Oussama Hammouti

Oussama is a medical doctor, traveller and explorer with a curiosity for unfamiliar places, different cultures and the challenges that come with stepping outside the everyday. His medical background gives him a deep understanding of the human body, while his adventurous side keeps pulling him toward new landscapes, experiences and ways of seeing the world.

Naturally curious and open-minded, Oussama enjoys the unpredictability of travel — adapting when plans change, meeting people along the way and discovering places beyond the obvious.

For Oussama, a great adventure isn’t defined only by the destination. It’s about the experiences you share, the people you meet and the stories that stay with you long after you return.

Martin Jones

Martin’s professional background lies in Human Resource Management, where he worked within a FTSE 250 hospitality organisation, supporting individuals and teams in demanding and fast-paced environments.

Over time, a deeper pull toward self-understanding and inner work led him on a path of spiritual discovery and ultimately to the Wim Hof Method. Now an instructor, Martin finds genuine joy in guiding others through breathwork, cold exposure, and conscious challenge — creating experiences that invite clarity, resilience, and meaningful self-connection.

His work is further shaped by many years of martial arts practice and teaching, where presence, discipline, and calm under pressure are developed not in theory, but through lived experience. This embodied approach informs how Martin supports others — with steadiness, attentiveness, and respect for each individual’s pace.

He creates a grounded, supportive space in which people feel encouraged to embrace challenges, build trust in themselves, and reconnect with what truly matters.

Charlie Clements

As an Advanced Wim Hof Method Instructor, Oxygen Advantage Instructor, and fitness coach, Charlie believes that true strength begins with the fundamentals: how we breathe and how we respond to challenges. Based in Nova Scotia, Canada, Charlie specializes in performance breathing and cold-water survival, showing participants how simple, deliberate practices can fundamentally transform health and performance.

Through guided breathwork and cold exposure, Charlie empowers people to regulate their nervous systems, enhance physical endurance, and develop unshakable focus in demanding environments. His grounded approach invites participants to step outside their comfort zones and reconnect with their natural capacity for strength, clarity, and calm.

Tatia Tsnobiladze

Tatia is a medical doctor, traveller and proud Georgian with a deep connection to the landscapes, culture and traditions of her home country. Her love for exploration has taken her beyond Georgia, but sharing her own country remains particularly meaningful.

From its mountains and remote villages to its food, hospitality and centuries-old traditions, Tatia brings the perspective of someone who understands Georgia from within. Her medical background adds another dimension to the team, while her curiosity and love for people make her equally interested in what happens beyond the trail.

For Tatia, discovering a country means more than seeing its landscapes. It means meeting its people, understanding its culture and experiencing the details that are easy to miss when you’re simply passing through.
